Madison Freeman
CEO
Madison Freeman is the Co-Founder and CEO of IMPACT Media, bringing over two decades of experience in media. Her career began with her family’s legacy in print and digital publishing, starting with the launch of their first national lifestyle magazine, Affluent, in 2004. After the untimely passing of her father, Madison and her brother Christopher expanded their vision by launching Luxury Life and Wings, Water & Wheels in 2016. In 2025, they transitioned to IMPACT Media, where Madison is leading the charge to reshape the media landscape with a focus on impactful content and innovation. Her vision is to create a new paradigm by producing aspirational, inspirational, and engaging content that harnesses digital transformation to generate global impact and inspire positive change.
Christopher Freeman
President & Head of Content
Christopher Freeman has been a driving force in the evolution of his family’s legacy in luxury media and publishing. As Co-Founder, President, and Head of Content at IMPACT Media, he leverages over two decades of experience in both print and digital media to shape the company’s innovative vision. With a proven track record of leading and executing multi-platform marketing campaigns, Christopher has worked with global luxury and lifestyle brands across a range of channels, including streaming audio, podcasting, OTT/CTV, and digital media. His expertise in national sales, marketing, and partnerships has supported top-tier global brands in diverse verticals, delivering impactful results and building long-lasting client relationships. Christopher’s leadership extends to business development and media content strategy, where he has been instrumental in aligning IMPACT Media’s mission to engage Millennial, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha changemakers. Pier Bjorklund is the Chief Strategy Officer at IMPACT Media Group, which he co-founded with Jeff Hoffman, Madison Freeman, and Christopher Freeman. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in business development, capital markets, and fundraising strategies. Pier has pioneered initiatives across industries like aviation, entertainment, healthcare, and technology, including developing web solutions for the music industry and launching a prepaid debit card for the unbanked Latino market. He has been involved in transactions totaling over $500 million and provided marketing services to entertainers with sales exceeding $1 billion. Pier has earned multiple accolades, including the Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award and the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Inner Circle Award. As CSO, Pier will drive strategic initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities related to this mission. Founded in 2015, 1 Touch AV Solutions is known for providing exclusive, white-glove service to luxury developers, builders, and contractors. Sebastian’s company handles all aspects of design, installation, programming, and maintenance in-house, ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge automation with luxury living.
